Tara stayed close to Caltech ever since graduation, both in proximity (she lives in Pasadena) and zeal! 

Professionally, she oversees safety in medical devices which includes touch points with compliance and even finance. She also acts as a Director on a few local nonprofit Boards.  

During her CAA Director tenureship and as the Vice Chair of Governance, she implemented a more open process for Director nomination to the Board, created new policies for Board oversight, saw the hiring of a new CEO, and connected with an array of alumni across many key events. She looks forward to this opportunity to serve as Vice Chair of Finance.
