Tables for Techers isn’t just a dinner—it’s a global celebration of the Caltech community. Across the world, Techers like you will gather to share stories, ideas, and laughter. As a host, you’re not just setting a table—you’re creating an experience that could spark lifelong friendships, collaborations, and inspiration.

Why Become a Host?

  • Connect with Fellow Techers: Whether you’re sharing research stories, reminiscing about campus traditions, or meeting fellow Techers in your city, you’ll be at the heart of the conversation making it all come to life.
  • Choose the Setting: Want a backyard barbecue? A cozy dinner at your favorite restaurant? A picnic in the park? You pick the location, set the theme, and create the moment.
  • Give Back to Your Community: Help fellow alumni, students, and faculty expand their professional networks, build friendships, and strengthen their lifelong ties to Caltech.
  • It’s Easy to Organize: Pick a time on Saturday, July 26 or Sunday, July 27, 2025. Alumni Relations will provide guidance to make hosting easy.
