Reunion Event Planning
Alumni Reunion Weekend represents the largest annual gathering of Caltech alumni. During the 9 to 10 months preceding a reunion, a committee of class volunteers, working collaboratively with CAA staff, encourages attendance and plans activities to reacquaint classmates with one another and renew connections to Caltech.
While the CAA staff is responsible for setting up the basic framework for Reunion Weekend, volunteers are essential to making reunions a success. The resources listed below are available to help plan your reunion, but are not a substitute for communication between volunteers and CAA staff. For additional information, or if you have questions, contact Patsy Gougeon at patsy@alumni.caltech.edu or call 626/395-8366.
