2. Science and Technology Experts: Volunteer for Southern California Elementary and High Schools

The Pasadena Unified School District needs classroom volunteers to help students and teachers with scientific instruction. Opportunities include helping with physics and chemistry experiments, teaching students to repair computer hardware and manipulate software, judging science fairs, assisting with robotics and archaeology electives and speaking to groups of students about careers in science.

3. Submit Your Nomination for the Feynman Teaching Prize

The Feynman Prize for Excellence in Teaching was established in 1993 to honor a professor who demonstrates unusual ability, creativity, and innovation in teaching. Past recipients include Chris Brennen, Mike Brown, Tom Tombrello and Shuki Bruck.

4. Legal Professionals: Join Our New Subgroup on LinkedIn

Are you in a law-related profession? Join the Caltech Law Professionals group on LinkedIn, a subgroup of the Caltech Alumni group. Caltech alumni and postdocs with careers or interest in any law-related professions (lawyers, judges, paralegals, legal analysts, etc.) are welcome to join and connect with one another online.
